Fit-20 Workout 06-04-12


Fit-20 is a program made up of 20-minute workout routines designed to be done just about anywhere, anytime, and with minimal equipment.

Warm up (2-5 minutes)

Workout

4 sets, for time (or stop at 20 minutes), of:
  • 18 Dumbbell Swings
  • 10 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (5 with each hand)
  • 10 Box Jumps - from a standing position, jump up to a box or step (6-24 inches, depending on your ability), then jump back down.
  • Run 1/4 mile

Remember to log your results, so you can do even better next time!
