20-Minute workouts with minimal equipment - make Fit-20 part of your day!
Warm-up: get your body ready to go with 2-5 minutes of activity - jogging, jumping jacks, dancing, shadow boxing - whatever works for you.
1.) Run 1/4 mile at the fastest pace you can.
2.) 4 Rounds of as many as you can do:
1 Minute - Burpees
1 Minute - Pull-ups
1 Minute - Sit-ups
(log how many of each set you did.)
3.) Run 1/4 mile at the fastest pace you can.
