Fit-20 Workout 06-20-12
If you've been doing the Fit-20s routinely, you're probably starting to get noticeably better at the exercises by now. Those of you who are new to the program might be surprised at how much harder these are than they seem on paper.

Warm up (2-5 minutes)
4 rounds, for time (or stop at 20 minutes, whichever comes first)
1. 50 Jumping Jacks
2. 5 Pull-ups
3. 8 Burpees
4. 16 Lunges - walking lunges, 8 steps each leg
5. 50 Mountain Climbers, 25 each leg
6. 12 Sit-ups
