The goal isn't about skinny; it's about Healthy.
- Lose the excess weight. But don't try to look like a runway model or a 12-year old girl.
- Eat reasonable portions of a variety of foods. Don't starve yourself, but don't be a glutton.
- Do some cardio.
- Mix it with strength conditioning.
- Start small - get a little smaller-faster-stronger-better each day. Slow and steady wins races.
- Go further than yesterday.
I've already used Nike in this post, but I feel like I have to say it.. right here...
Just do it.
